Apples

I received some of these... straight from the mountains, and as fresh as can be.

So I made this:


YUM. I'll be making more amazing dishes with the rest of them, but I'm not posting about them because I don't want to make ya jealous! :)

If you can make that - you can make the crumble!! Hehe!!! Really...no mixer or rolling pin involved - just stir, squeeze, crumble, and bake!! And I can see from this post that you have the ability to peel and slice apples! (Oh, and you have my permission to leave out the nutmeg - I actually think I prefer it that way anyway!!) Hmmm, maybe I should make some tonight!! It's very chilly and damp here - that would sure taste good!
